1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Obsession mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Obsession is a goal commitment application that allows users to set a single goal with daily and dated commitments. The App provides tools for tracking daily progress, planning commitments, and journaling.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to core features of the App requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's account settings.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including goals, commitments, journal entries, and any other data. We do not claim ownership over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
